Job Title: Officer - Banking Operations Officer (Fund Transfer)

Citibank N.A. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banking Operations Officer (Fund Transfer) in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing pre-processing checks on all fund transfer transactions and participating in callbacks to clients on high-value transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform reconciliation, risk, and control checks for all banking transactions to ensure compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct pre-processing checks for all fund transfer transactions to identify and escalate exceptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain proper approvals and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and ensure quality.
  • Participate in project and system enhancements, including implementation.
  • Support changes or additional regulations/guidelines implementation.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues that arise.
  • Assist in MCA testing and audit.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills.
