Job Title: Senior Analytical Expert

This role requires a high level of technical expertise to lead and perform complex analytical tasks, including method development, validation of new test procedures, and evaluation of results.

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Develop, implement, and validate new methods and procedures for incoming projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Serve as Technical Reviewer for accredited tests and non-accredited tests, providing expert guidance and oversight.
  • Data Interpretation:
    • Analyze and interpret complex data to form informed interpretations and render scientific opinions for client-driven projects, applying knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in area of specialization, establishing standards for regulatory compliance and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Customer Liaison:
    • Provide technical liaison support to customers regarding technical services, performing site visits where required and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare comprehensive documents, including methods, procedures, SOPs, study protocols, and summary reports, adhering to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Evaluate and ensure that all SOPs are compliant with ISO 17025, cGMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex test procedure issues and investigations within the laboratory unit, utilizing analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Audit and Quality Assurance:
    • Participate in internal quality audits, system audits, audits conducted by external agencies, and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Drive process, quality, and safety improvement initiatives within the department, leveraging expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
    Requirements
    • M.S. or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, cGMP, and other regulatory guidelines
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
