NDT Services Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Ensure high-quality NDT services are delivered to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain valid certifications in accordance with industry standards.
  2. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) system checks, technique writing and inspections to meet customer requirements.
  3. Ensure equipment calibration prior to use.
  4. Generate and issue inspection reports following each assessment.
  5. Manage inventory of consumables used for NDT purposes.
  6. Update and maintain relevant documentation.
  7. Maintain facilities and ensure general housekeeping standards are met.
  8. Collaborate with senior technicians to maintain written procedures and manuals.
  9. Review revisions of customer standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold NDT Level 2 certification in ET, PT and MT.
  • At least 5 years' experience in aircraft component inspection.
  • Hold CAAS M10 or CO1 and EASA M10 certification papers.
