Childcare & Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Childcare & Preschool Teacher to join our team

About the Job:
As a Childcare & Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of young learners. You will also work closely with parents and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver Chinese / English language composition writing and Chinese / English language lessons in accordance with the company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
2. Monitor learning progress of students and adjust teaching methods as needed.
3. Build good rapport with parents, staff, and students to create a positive and supportive community.
4. Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable and confident.
5. Guide, motivate, and monitor Assistant Teachers/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks.
6. Follow assigned work shift patterns of the centre.
7. Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
1. At least HCIC / CIT qualification with EYDF / ACEY , those with EY1 & EY2 LON are advantageous.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with parents, staff, and children.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
5. Basic computer skills to use educational software and tools.
