Description:
">The role of Vehicle Enforcement Officer involves handling public feedback regarding vehicle enforcement matters, working with internal and external departments/agencies, and drafting reports to present collated statistics.

Key Responsibilities:
">• Collate and draft reports for processing by other LTA departments
• Contract management (audit and monitoring of contractors' performance)
• Assist in formulating contract/budget papers
• Assist in formulating SOP/ROEs/ISO documents pertaining to administrative functions of the section
• Productivity projects to increase Division's productivity and reduce reliance on manual means

Requirements:
">Knowledge in Communications or Business Management, 1-2 years of working experience preferably in service industry, good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
