Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Group Tax Team in implementing, monitoring, and reporting on BEPS 2.0 requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for:

  • Tracking of BEPS legislative developments and performing impact analysis;
  • BEPS compliance and reporting obligations;
  • Documentation of BEPS processes and controls;

The successful candidate will assist in implementing BEPS 2.0 compliance policies and ensuring alignment with reporting requirements across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing BEPS 2.0 regulatory developments, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders as assigned. The candidate will also support BEPS 2.0 compliance and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

Additionally, the individual will act as a key liaison for country tax teams as assigned, addressing BEPS 2.0-related queries and assisting in resolving reporting challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field;
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in corporate income tax compliance and/or international taxation;
  • Experience with OECD BEPS 2.0, Pillar Two rules, global/regional tax exposure;

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
