We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of mixed development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement master construction programs, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Plan and coordinate site access during different stages of work, including tower crane location erection and dismantling.
- Resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start of work, collaborating with technical teams and consultants to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed budgets and monitor cost reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage subcontractors and plan progress for all works on site, ensuring seamless execution.
- Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules, construction methods, equipment, material, and manpower requirements, as well as controlling usage and wastages.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their representatives, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site, adhering to company standards.
- Identify potential problems affecting project schedules and recommend solutions to relevant teams.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in mixed development building projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with a value of $100M or above.
- Excellent grasp of end-to-end construction processes, methodologies, and technical expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated knowledge of method statements, planning access, and site setting up plans.
- Ability to read and understand drawings to resolve site issues.

- A competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
