Job Overview
Invoicing & arrangement of payment to customers & vendors is a critical aspect of our client's business. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless transactions.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to ensure prompt payment and clarifying payment procedures. You will also process LC / SBLC / Bank guarantee applications and shipping documents for LC Transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing & arrangement of payment to customers & vendors
  • Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment & clarify payment procedures
  • Processing of LC / SBLC / Bank guarantee applications and shipping documents for LC Transactions
  • Updating spreadsheets for LC, invoicing & payment records
  • Processing of Bank Advisors to respective business departments and accounting team
  • Miscellaneous paperwork which includes filing, photocopying, and distributing documents to relevant departments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Team players who are responsible and interested in delivering high-quality results are encouraged to apply.
