Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring seamless execution of facilities and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough monitoring of daily facilities and maintenance operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Participate in ad-hoc project management initiatives, undertaking feasibility studies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, controlling operating expenses and overseeing improvement/maintenance works to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Supervise front office, operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork to deliver exceptional results.
- Review and optimize processes and workflows to maximize tenant satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain records of feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors, fostering trust and cooperation to drive business success.
- Conduct regular property inspections, performing preventive maintenance to ensure properties remain in good condition, compliant with safety & building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support the CERT team in coordinating drills, exercises, and training to ensure compliance with schedules and protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to drive business objectives and achieve excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in the Hospitality (specifically in Rooms) or Property Management industry.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage conflicts equitably and productively.
- Result-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and create an efficient system of operation to support business needs.
- Able to multitask and work cross-functionally with different business units.
