Airfreight Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Airfreight Operations Specialist to handle day-to-day export and import operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs to ensure smooth cargo movements.
  • Prepare and manage documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations.
  • Monitor cargo status and communicate with customers and vendors on shipment updates.
  • Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations and airfreight standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in airfreight operations (export/import).
  • Detailed knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and handle urgent shipments effectively.
