We're seeking ambitious students to join our Global Markets Graduate Talent Program, an 18-month training initiative designed to help you develop the skills and expertise needed to thrive in a dynamic business environment.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for buying and selling financial instruments on behalf of clients, as well as extracting market-moving data from various sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, and family offices, providing them with expert advice and guidance on securities transactions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and work effectively under pressure.

We're looking for candidates who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow with our organization.

The program includes professional and technical training, as well as opportunities to develop new skills and build your network through rotations and other experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation by June 2026 with less than two years of work experience
