Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Care Centre Operations Manager to lead our senior care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and providing guidance to new and existing staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and regular reviews of day care and rehab clients.
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings for client care planning.
  • Supervise daily routines, including meal preparation, activities, and personal care assistance.
  • Collaborate with the centre nurse and care staff to address clients' specific needs.
  • Plan and coordinate programmes and services with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training to new and existing care staff.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff deployment, and safety measures.
  • Manage and resolve incidents involving staff, clients, and volunteers.
  • Work with the centralised team on client billing and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management/ Public Health or related studies.
  • 6 years of experience in clinical areas such as acute or community hospital, preferably with 2 years of managerial role.
  • Good knowledge of the healthcare environment and service processes.
