Ensure the quality of aviation operations through effective management systems.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a quality management framework in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and policies.
  • Support the establishment of safety and risk management systems.
  • Lead audits and collaborate with regulatory inspectors to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Handle customer and internal quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the quality and safety of assigned workshop operations to minimize risks.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage vendor qualifications and maintain approved lists to ensure suppliers meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related fields is required.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Safety, preferably in an Aviation Maintenance Organization (AMO) or Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) environment, is essential.
  • Certified auditor with knowledge of relevant standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS9100/9110, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements is necessary.
