Backend Engineer, Global E-commerce (Trading Center)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our Trading Center team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions, providing technical support to engineers in the team, and aligning with product and org objectives.
About the Team:
The Trading Center team is responsible for developing and continuously improving core systems related to international e-commerce transactions. We work on shopping cart functionalities, order processing, after-sales support, and customer service experience, focusing on scalable and robust architecture to ensure high availability and global disaster recovery.
Requirements:
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Coding experience with a general purpose programming language (i.e., Java, C/C++, Go, Python).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Redis/MySQL/Elasticsearch/Druid/Spark Streaming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on distributed cloud services.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance.
