Job Title: Marketing Strategist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, convert sales, and foster customer loyalty.


Main Responsibilities
  • Create innovative design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials.
  • Develop high-quality content for all marketing materials.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, web-traffic monitoring, and web statistics reporting.
  • Manage social media platforms, responding promptly to comments and engaging with followers.
  • Promote company image through public relations activities.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to allocated resources.
  • Foster organic content engagement and reach through strategic planning.
  • Build strong working relationships with media partners.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and/or freelance content producers to create high-quality digital assets.
  • Oversee image and video asset management.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and other marketing team functions to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Compile and analyze data to track key metrics.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors).
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools.
