Job Overview:

This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and trade channels, with experience in promotion execution and sales within the FMCG/Consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing and sales plans to increase brand market share and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align brand strategies and ensure effective in-store execution.
  • Manage inventory flow to prevent stockouts and optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze monthly brand performance, trade spend, and campaign ROI to inform future decisions.
  • Plan and evaluate trade promotions and activations to boost sales and shopper conversion.
  • Manage promotional funds to achieve measurable returns and sales growth.
  • Promote joint business plans and sales targets with brand principals.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Sales within FMCG/Consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail and Trade Channels, with hands-on Promotion Execution experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
