Job Description:

As a senior financial professional, you will play a key role in assisting clients with capital markets transactions and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions in the Healthcare sector. You will work closely with clients to develop investment strategies, raise capital, and provide expert guidance on due diligence and drafting sessions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Investment Banking, with a strong understanding of corporate banking business, related products, regulations, and lending and credit approval processes. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with senior-level team members, outside professional advisors, and clients to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the firm's growth and success in the Healthcare sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking
