Freight Operations Coordinator

As a Global Freight Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing port-to-door/ door-to-door freight operations for assigned regions. This includes monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of regular orders and pre-orders shipments, collaborating with team members to explore solutions and innovate around operational constraints, maintaining strong communications with stakeholders, partnering with vendor management, driving process and system improvements, analyzing and contributing to monthly operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of data used in dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage freight operations for assigned regions, including shipping documentation and administration
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders and shipments
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve operational processes
- Maintain strong communications with stakeholders and partners
- Partner with vendor management to resolve issues and improve relationships
- Drive process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze and contribute to monthly operational reports
- Ensure accuracy of data used in dashboards and reports
Requirements:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound shipments and shipping documents
- Solid understanding of Incoterms (FOB, DDP, DAP)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Decisive, action-oriented, and results-focused
- Fast learner and creative problem solver
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
