We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Operations Manager to join our team at CENTURY WATER SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute routine maintenance and operation jobs for water treatment equipment and systems
• Monitor plant performance, water quality, and data trends, and submit analysis reports to system owners
• Troubleshoot water system issues and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide system improvement and modification solutions to customers
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to meet their requirements
• Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent planning and leadership skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possession of a driving license is preferred
• Ability to start work on short notice is preferred
• Local candidates are preferred
