Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to join our team at China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited Singapore Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of M&E works on our projects, working closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to meet project schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure M&E works are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and monitor M&E works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare reports and correspondence to clients and subcontractors, suggesting corrective actions or value-added recommendations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily work progress, including additional work claims to clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, or Fire Protection background.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E Services, with knowledge in Mechanical, ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, and Fire Protection.
• Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
