Control Systems Engineer - Equipment Performance Enhancement

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge control systems for high-performance machinery. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in classical and modern control theory, as well as proficiency in programming tools such as C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated control algorithms to enhance equipment performance, performing modeling, simulation, and validation of control systems, and analyzing system-level behavior. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve control-related issues, translate simulation results into actionable design enhancements, and integrate software solutions into real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced control algorithms to optimize equipment dynamics and stability.
  • Perform detailed modeling and simulation of control systems to validate their effectiveness.
  • Analyze complex system-level behavior, focusing on mechanical vibration and acoustic phenomena.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve control-related issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Translate simulation results into practical design enhancements and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of classical and modern control theory principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.
  • Experience in system modeling, analysis, and validation.
