System Expert for Advanced Control Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Engineer to lead our team in the design, implementation, and management of complex I&C systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ICSS package development, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with suppliers to review and validate their documentation, guaranteeing compliance with project requirements.
- Provide expert input on I&C-related matters to other project stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in critical activities such as HAZOP, LOPA, KOM, design reviews, testing, and other quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Control Systems/Instrumentation Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in I&C Engineering/Design of Hydrocarbon or Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities, Wellhead platforms, FLNG, Alarm Rationalization, FEED, Manhour estimation.
- Proven track record of leading at least two projects as ICSS Lead/ICSS Package Manager.
- Thorough understanding of ICSS (DCS, SIS, and F&G) from at least two industry-leading control system suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Able to comprehend client and project requirements, meeting project expectations in terms of quality and schedule.
- Experience in managing ICSS-related activities on offshore projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mid-Senior level professional with a strong background in I&C Engineering.
