Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of mechanical engineering projects.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
    • Develop and maintain technical standards and specifications for mechanical engineering projects.
    • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of bids received from suppliers.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet company specifications and procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Intermediate AutoCAD skills.
  • Conversant with design standards and international industry codes such as ASME and API.
