Buggy Host

This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by offering professional buggy transportation services within a resort setting.

• Provide warm welcomes to guests at designated pick-up points.
• Ensure safe and comfortable journeys for guests via buggy to and from villas, restaurants, and resort facilities.
• Offer assistance with luggage handling during arrival, departure, or upon request.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of buggy stations and guest arrival areas.
• Support the concierge and front office teams with special transport arrangements.
• Foster positive relationships with guests through professional communication.

• Candidates should have a secondary/ high school education.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum one year experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• A minimum of five years' driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Physically fit to assist with luggage handling and extended driving durations.
