Job Role:

A dedicated Clinical Assistant is sought to contribute to the operational efficiency of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and motivated, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a smooth and efficient clinic environment
  • Perform front desk duties, including registering patients, handling phone calls, and supporting doctors
  • Cashiering responsibilities, encompassing payment collection, filing claims, and bookkeeping
  • Clinical tasks, such as ECG, nebulizer administration, dressing changes, minor surgical procedures, and triaging
  • Inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, and medical equipment
  • Upkeep of clinic cleanliness and appearance

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Ongoing training will be provided

Working Schedule:

  • Five and a half days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm, with additional weekend morning shifts
