Director of Residential Operations

We are seeking a skilled Senior Residential Manager to oversee the philosophy and strategic planning of our Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a sustainable philosophy and strategy in terms of intervention programs, operations, and case management.
- Monitor emerging trends and changes in the justice system to better meet rehabilitation objectives.
- Establish channels of communication for values and beliefs to staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial reporting and administrative oversight, including budgeting and expenditure control.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and professionals in the sector.
- Provide supervision and guidance for staff, including coaching, mentoring, and developing competency.
- Ensure adherence to governance requirements and oversee incident management protocols.
- Maintain coordination with external agencies and ensure Department goals are met by each manager.
- Degree in Social Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles.
- Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.
