Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for creating accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plans for each subsidiary in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with factories and forwarders to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment and shipping
  • Execute allocation strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels in each subsidiary
  • Work with production teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage SAP master data, including price and item code setup
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering discipline
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analytics tools such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning
