Project Manager Role

This multifaceted role combines creative vision with strategic execution and hospitality expertise.

The successful candidate will oversee the integration of branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics into the built space, ensuring design integrity is upheld across all spatial touchpoints.

  • Creative & Strategic Execution
    • Develop and maintain quality control during fabrication, production, and on-site installation.
    • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and branding teams to curate unique and intentional experiences.
    • Anticipate roadblocks and streamline approvals to meet key milestones.
  • Project & Timeline Management
    • Oversee project timelines and ensure seamless coordination across architecture, interiors, branding, and environmental design.
    • Work closely with designers, consultants, and hospitality operators to align creative vision with operational needs.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure design aspirations are met without compromising financial viability.
    • Establish relationships with fabricators, producers, and suppliers to ensure quality execution.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution.
    • Organize project check-ins and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
