Geotechnical Monitoring Engineer Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection of project sites and the coordination, management, and supervision of all instrument installation and monitoring works.
You will liaise and coordinate with contractors for installation and monitoring issues, attend site progress meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate with clients. Additionally, you will process and interpret monitoring readings, coordinate with construction teams to minimize obstruction and damage to the monitoring instruments, supervise instrumentation works, and ensure quality control.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organizational skill.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant education background in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical/Geology and at least 3 years of working experience in instrumentation and monitoring works. Experience in LTA projects is highly desirable, and senior positions will be considered based on relevant experience.
Singaporean citizenship is required, and you should have a strong understanding of the local regulations and requirements.
