VP, Engineering and Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP, Engineering and Facilities Management. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate Services team, you will be responsible for managing the technical services delivery team and overseeing the upkeep of key documents, including asset registers and as-built drawings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the technical services delivery team and ensure compliance with applicable WSH and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the upkeep of key documents, including asset registers and as-built drawings.
- Lead building-related memo submissions to senior management for approval, including cost estimates and execution plans.
- Monitor and provide assurance on compliance with applicable WSH and regulatory requirements.
- Review and develop maintenance regimes to optimize equipment performance.
- Measure service provider performance against set targets and support improvement activities.
- Make site arrangements to measure key building performance indicators and provide assurance to senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on related activities.
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- University graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 – 10 years of directly relevant working experience managing MEP in large commercial buildings and commercial development projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ideally with a track record of building and managing a team of outsourced vendors.
- A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility, and task ownership.
- Critical attention to detail, and preferably with WSH / FSM experience.
- Familiar with annual shutdown and fire certifications.
- Ability to manage tenants' requests for fit-outs and improvement works.
