Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Luxury Beauty Education Manager to join our team in Travel Retail Asia Pacific (TR APAC). As a subject matter expert in Makeup, you will play a key role in driving and animating the Makeup category, digital and client experience education strategy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting and creating content for an estimate population of 700 Beauty Consultants across 250 doors in the APAC region. You will lead the Makeup specialist development plan and build a community of passionate Dior Color Stylists and Makeup Artists.

You will also manage makeup e-modules, drive BC engagement within the digital learning community, and collaborate with the education and marketing team to organize events such as BC seminars, Train-the-Trainers (TTT) and other engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create engaging content for Beauty Consultants, including e-modules, workshops, and webinars.
  • Lead the implementation of Makeup services, adapted to market needs, from on-counter to animations/VIP events.
  • Ensure a consistent standard of makeup service excellence across key boutiques, with expert consultations, artistry skills, and cross-selling capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to refine retail tools, services, and experiences for customers.
  • Work closely with vendors to translate and proof-read Makeup training content developed by Central and/or Regional.
  • Maintain frequent communication with Makeup community via the digital training app, share relevant retail information, and social media buzz updates.
  • Support the Senior Retail Education Manager with budget updates on tools, grooming, and gifting expenses.
  • Forecasting of grooming products and gifts for Makeup specialists & BCs and ensure timely order for on-counter date.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree Holder.
  • Experienced profile with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Luxury Beauty industry in retail/training experience, learning design, classroom facilitation, and field experience.
  • Demonstrated experience setting training strategies that are aligned with business objectives, customer-oriented, and focused on sales.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent core interpersonal skills (empathy, communication, relationship-building, openness).
  • Strong leadership, networker, and people management skill.
  • Competent in using digital capability to influence and educate Brand's essence to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with passion for the beauty industry.
  • Experienced working in fast-paced environments demanding strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills; able to multi-task effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects; excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent traveling.
  • High expertise on digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Tiktok, learning applications, LMS...).
  • Proficiency in English, another Asian language a plus.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
