Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients, providing full recruitment support, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and provide full recruitment support
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients
  • Understand clients' business needs and identify suitable candidates
  • Source, short-list and select suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client requirements
  • Create profiling of suitable candidates to be proposed to engaged clients
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
Requirements:
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and sales-focused with good follow-up skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience with handling both client and candidate side
  • Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company
  • Possess high energy levels and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business-level English to liaise with English-speaking clients
  • Certified Employment Interviewer (CEI) certification advantageous
