Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Employment Tax Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide comprehensive tax advisory services, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on employment and equity taxes in Singapore and internationally.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their tax objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing expert advice to clients on the implications of these changes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different specialisations to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their ongoing success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in employment and equity taxes, with experience working with clients in Singapore and internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for tax optimisation and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
