- Ensure that project milestones and timelines are met through effective site activity management
- Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with authorities, client representatives, contractors, and consultants
- Support the Project Manager/Engineer in daily site operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and participate in decision-making processes
- National Level qualification or equivalent
- Proficient in spoken and written English language
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to read and interpret site plans and CAD drawings
- Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in Construction or Utilities sector is an advantage
- Possess Pavement Certification for added value
