About The Team

The Global Wellbeing Team is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring global strategy and programmes for all T&S teams.

This role will play a critical part in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving wellbeing-related engagements at site level and with outsourced partners.
  • Delivering psychoeducational training surrounding mental health in the region.

The successful candidate will have a solid background as a subject matter expert in employee psychological health and preferably an active mental health license to practice.
