Cognita Asia operates 11 schools in 5 countries, serving over 16,000 students. Their schools are part of a group but unique in many ways. The regional team based in Singapore supports schools across various functions.

We're looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Our regional team has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Enrichment Director.

About the Role

This entrepreneurial leader will develop and lead Cognita's enrichment portfolio of educational experiences beyond the classroom. They'll design and execute a high-impact strategy to deliver enrichment programs, tuition, extracurricular activities, and family learning across international schools in Asia.

The Director will build the business from the ground up, leveraging existing offers, launching new pilots, and expanding regionally. Their goal is to enhance student learning, foster community engagement, and increase the value of being part of the Cognita network.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in senior leadership in education, enrichment, camps, EdTech, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling educational products or services.
  • Familiarity with K–12 international school environments, ideally in Asia.
  • Experience managing multi-market operations and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and innovate.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for education, learning, and student development.
  • High integrity and alignment with Cognita's purpose and values.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship-building abilities.
