Job Title: F&B Service Crew

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Crew member to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for managing queues, taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently in the POS system and serve customers with a smile.
  • Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
