Manufacturing Process Engineer\

Objective: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to optimize production operations.\
  • Study and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.\
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes meet product specifications and quality requirements.\
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting to address process-related issues.\
  • Use statistical methods and data analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\
  • Lead process improvement projects, coordinating activities and resources to achieve project objectives.\
  • Provide training to production personnel to ensure understanding of new processes.\
  • Stay updated on best practices and technologies in manufacturing processes and equipment.\
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with manufacturing processes/safety/environmental/quality regulations.\\[

Requirements:

  • \
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 years experience in stamping industry.\
  • Internal auditor certification for IATF16949, ISO9001 with knowledge in stamping, die design, tooling etc.\
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies in Lean/Six Sigma.\
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools for optimization.\\[
