The Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead our team in the coordination and delivery of M&E projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage M&E projects from conception to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of coordinators, engineers, and BIM modellers in the design and coordination of M&E works.
  • Consultant Engagement: Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
  • Site Meetings: Participate in site meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Issue Resolution: Assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain schedules and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
  • Financial Management: Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in engineering or construction-related fields.
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as an M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Highly motivated, independent, initiative, and responsible.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
