Key Responsibilities- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and record-keeping.
- Administer corporate insurance policies, guaranteeing seamless management and compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes for interns and apprentices, fostering a smooth integration into the organization.
- Manage work passes, visas, and regulatory requirements for foreign candidates, upholding adherence to legal standards.
- Navigate IT service providers, ensuring optimal communication and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain ISO certification by facilitating audits and implementing necessary improvements.
- Ensure organized filing systems, take accurate minutes, prepare informative reports, and effectively manage executive calendars.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven administrative/coordination experience in areas like Learning & Development, insurance, and Human Resources.
The estimated salary range for this role is S$ 2,200 - 2,800, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the position's responsibilities and demands.
