Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital transformation by integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, and cloud platforms to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Integrate ERP systems, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms to optimize business processes.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Collect, validate, and document business requirements for digital solutions, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Identify Automation Opportunities: Analyze commercial data to develop investment proposals and feasibility analyses for digital projects.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Utilize project management tools like Asana to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Source and Evaluate External Technology Solutions: Facilitate smooth technology transitions and support change management processes.
  • Design and Develop Data Visualization Tools: Implement and manage inventory management tools and oversee API integration for software systems.
  • Preferred Experience: Some experience with either Asana (project management), Tableau (data visualization), and Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management). At least 2 out of 3 experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with understanding of battery manufacturing and digital technologies.
  • Minimum 7 years in digital transformation roles, with expertise in ERP systems, SaaS, cloud technologies, and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage digital transformation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, inventory management, API integration, and Python coding preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for developing actionable digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and managing technology partnerships.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve business challenges.
  • Take charge as the assigned Data Protection Officer (DPO) role.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin to liaison with DuraPower-Suzhou's IT team.
