About the Role:

As a skilled Floral Artisan, you will be responsible for crafting premium floral arrangements, managing stock inventory, and ensuring excellent service standards. This role is ideal for creative individuals who enjoy working independently while being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, table displays, etc.)
• Fulfill daily floral orders accurately and on time
• Manage stock inventory and ensure proper flower care and storage
• Liaise with suppliers for flowers and materials
• Handle customer orders and respond to phone/WhatsApp inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant florist experience
• Passionate about floral design with creativity in approach
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to perform physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting and carrying floral materials and water pails)
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
