- Deal assigned games according to established rules and procedures while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or irregularities to maintain the highest standards of game integrity.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including morning, noon, and night shifts, with a rotation every two weeks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of Sands rules and procedures is essential, as well as the ability to remain updated on changes as they occur.
