Job Description

Valuation Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals for internal and external clients
  • Perform valuations of businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, etc., for financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, dispute resolution, restructuring, and litigation support
  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external clients together with manager and partner
  • Develop financial models and assist in financial modelling or financial model review assignments
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, presentation decks, and review memos that meet both internal and external clients' requirements
  • Assist in business development activities
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Demonstrated basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in field of valuation
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise shifting workloads
