As a critical member of our Digital Supply Chain Team, you will collaborate with various departments to play a pivotal role in integrating functional and technical aspects of supply chain digital enablement. Key Responsibilities:- Elevate supply chain maturity by implementing analytics platforms, data integration, and modeling.
- Aquire, clean, and analyze supply chain data from diverse sources while ensuring data accuracy.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide actionable insights into supply chain functions.
- Perform detailed analysis to evaluate business operations data and supply chain performance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain constraints, as well as support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
- Contribute to data science and analytics projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain through predictive/prescriptive analytics and machine learning.
- Communicate risk mitigation strategies and improvement proposals to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, supply chain management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in analytics and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and SQL.
- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with data science techniques and tools including AWS, Python, R, Azure AI Studio, and machine learning frameworks.
- Comprehensive business knowledge and experience in business analytics related to end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in extended ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced planning solutions.
- Experience in managing global projects using Agile methodologies from initiation to implementation.
- Activities include sitting, standing, and typing for extended periods.
- Ability to remain stationary for 90% of the time.
- Effective communication of information and ideas.
- Observation of documents and details at close range.
- Operation in a professional office or laboratory/manufacturing environment.
