Job Description


As a Senior Investment Analyst - Portfolio Management at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leaders on deal execution and portfolio company issues. Your responsibilities will include producing key analyses, error-free financial models, and other work products. You will also take ownership of investment timelines, work plans, and specific workstreams.


In addition, you will monitor flash reports and monthly financials, identifying areas of concern or issues for discussion. Demonstrating commercial insight, you will identify key issues, articulate and defend deal theses, and structure work plans.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting;
  • Superior financial modeling skills, including understanding relationships among key financial statements and constructing financial models;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work on complex data sheets and produce reports and presentation materials;
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS office tools;
