Job Opportunity

Internal Audit Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of a global internal audit strategy and risk assessments.

The successful candidate will have key responsibilities including developing and executing a global internal audit strategy and risk assessments, serving as a strategic advisor to senior management on governance, controls, audit readiness, presentation of findings and remediation plans, overseeing internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with external auditors to streamline audit processes and ensure effective risk coverage, building and mentoring a high-performing audit team to support long-term business needs, and driving cross-functional collaboration and operational improvements through insightful audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and CA, CPA, or CIA qualification preferred.
  • At least 12 years of working experience with strong expertise in internal audit and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience in both multinational corporations and startups highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in building audit frameworks from the ground up for IPO readiness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven stakeholder engagement.
  • High integrity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
