The Associate Butler is an integral part of the butler team at Raffles Hotel Singapore, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of back-end activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and distribute daily amenities to operational pantries and storage spaces.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in butler operational pantries and stores.
  • Ensure accurate receipt and replenishment of stocks, including fruits and minibar items.
  • Provide excellent service through napkin folding, silverware polishing, and chinaware cleaning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discard old fruits and replenish with new.
  • Pick up welcome drink ingredients and handle breakage process on a weekly basis.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Diploma from a reputable School for Tourism and Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a second language preferred.
