Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong skills in planning, organization, leadership, and communication.
  • Performance Management: Experience in performance management, staff evaluation, and applying Human Factors and Error Management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Airworthiness Regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in shop management and working with diverse teams.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in Special Process Processes.
  • Nationality: Singaporean only.
