About the Role

PAN-UNITED CONCRETE PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Concrete Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Ready-Mixed Concrete operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular in-house testing to monitor concrete raw materials and product performance, in accordance with international test standards and specifications.
  • Assist in all measures related to product quality control, including monitoring and improving production processes.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure deliveries are arranged accurately and production targets are met.
  • Perform quality control works at both batching plants and on site.
  • Educate staff and drivers on the importance of good quality control for concrete.
  • Other ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with the fundamentals of concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications.
  • Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/ EN standards or specifications for Civil Engineering and concrete.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
